Step 1- Use your User Id and Password to login to the official portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. If you do not have an account, create one and login with it.

Step 2- Locate the menu on the top left corner of the screen.  

Step 3- Click on the “Document Related services” option to expand the drop-down menu.

Step 4- Click on the “Get Certified Copies” to go to the next page.

Step 5- Enter the required details of the company. You can use the company name/ CIN/ LLPIN/ Company Registration Number. Click on submit.

Step 6- A list of documents will open on your screen. Select the Certificate of Incorporation and the number of copies that you need.  

Step 7- Click on “Add to Cart”

Step 8- Open your cart and click on “ View Payment Details.”

Step 9- Make the required payment, which in the case of company incorporation certificate, will be 100 rupees per copy. You can pay via Debit card, credit card, UPI, internet banking or NEFT.

Step 10- Download your certificate within 3 hours of the payment.
